概述

 

爱普生(Epson)的SG2016CAN、SG3225CAN、SG5032CAN、SG7050CAN和SG-210STF是具有CMOS输出的简单封装晶体振荡器(SPXO)系列。这些SPXO是物联网、可穿戴设备、医疗、工业自动化等各种应用的理想选择。这些SPXO具有低电流消耗、1.6V至3.63V的宽工作电压和-40°C至85°C的宽工作温度范围,此外还可提供高达105°C的工作温度。这些SPXO有五种不同的封装尺寸,从2.0×1.6 mm到7.0×5.0 mm,并有标准引脚输出。
