RA4000CE 概述
RA4000CE 是一款集成了 32.768 kHz 数字温度补偿晶体振荡器 (DTCXO) 的 RTC 模块。它包括多种功能，例如带闰年校正的秒到年时钟/日历、时间警报、唤醒定时器、时间更新中断、时钟输出，以及可以在外部记录两个时间和日期的时间戳功能或内部事件发生，以及自监控功能检测到的电源状态。本产品符合AEC-Q100标准，低功耗运行，适合车载使用。
